1. Who We Are

2. Comments

Note: Comments are currently disabled on most parts of our portfolio to ensure a professional environment.

If visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

3. Media

If you upload images to the website (e.g. via a future casting form), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

4. Contact Forms & Scouting Data

This is the primary way we collect data.

Booking Inquiries (raveenthiran.com): When you use our booking form, we collect your name, email, and project details. We keep this information for customer service and business purposes, but we do not use it for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt-in.
Agency Scouting (scouting.m1o.at): When you apply for the “Untitled Project” / Scouting Pool, we collect personal data including your Name, Instagram Handle, Email, Date of Birth, and physical attributes.
- Purpose: This data is used solely to evaluate your potential for representation during our pre-launch phase.
- Retention: If you are not selected, your data may be deleted or kept in a secure talent pool for future consideration, based on your consent given in the form.

5. Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in (as an administrator), we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.

6. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles and pages on this site (especially music.m1o.at) may include embedded content (e.g. Spotify players, videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites (specifically Spotify, YouTube, Instagram) may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

7. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell or trade your data.

System Administration: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Spam Detection: Visitor comments and form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

8. How Long We Retain Your Data

Contact Form Data: We retain booking inquiries for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal business record-keeping requirements.
Scouting Data: Data submitted via the scouting form remains in our internal database during the pre-launch phase. You can request deletion of your application at any time.
Registered Users: For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Website administrators can see and edit that information.

9. What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments or submitted a scouting application, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
